Machine Learning Unplugged, a-one-of-its-kind Conference is organized by the Delhi Women In Machine Learning and Data Science Chapter with an objective of supporting and promoting women practicing, studying or interested in the fields of machine learning and data science. The first edition will be held on 18 March 2018, focussing on the work carried by leading women technocrats in the field of machine learning. With awe-inspiring speakers and in-depth discussions on several areas of Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision, you can assure yourselves to absorb some fresh and interesting facts. PROMOTING DIVERSITY

Machine Learning Unplugged strictly focus in enhancing technological skills explicitly for women. We encourage female technocrats to participate through the event and share their stories of working in the field of machine learning and data science. The event is only open to female attendees, working or interested to work in machine learning.

We provide a platform for women to discover knowledge in the field of machine learning and data science by interactibg with leading female technocrats through communities and support exchange of ideas and opportunities with machine learning female experts benefiting women willing to create their position in the technical society.

Machine Learning Unplugged provides a unique opportunity for women working in or interested in the field of Data Science to meet like-minded people, share stories and provide support and motivation to each other. The event will also present a portal for applying to Data Science specific roles for women.

Delhi WiMLDS

Women in Machine Learning and Data Science is an international community with a mission to support and promote women practicing, studying or interested in the fields of machine learning and data science. They create opportunities for women to engage in technical and professional conversations in a positive, supportive environment by hosting talks by prominent data scientists, technical workshops, networking events and hack-a-thons.


The Delhi Chapter of WiMLDS was started with a vision to extend the mission of empowering and encouraging women towards these fields. We believe in creating a community of women working in the fields of data or those interested in joining the same. We will be hosting events, hack-a-thons, conferences as well as technical and networking workshops to stimulate conversations and female participation. We believe in an inclusive STEM society and all genders are welcome to attend our events. Though preference will be given to women and non-binary identities.
